PAUL HEIM BIO:

Paul has been in the Treasure Valley Real Estate Industry since the start of 2006, but has been working independently in solely commission based sales and negotiating for well over 30 years. He started the New View Real Estate Team in 2010 as a necessity, after his business started to grow beyond the capabilities of one person to manage.  He believes that success is something that you not only need to work for but that one must first prepare to manage success internally, far in advance to achieving it. He enjoys teaching and mentoring others with what he has learned over the years. Some of his hidden passions are mountain real estate, homes on acreage, land sales and is a Certified Land Consultant.
