Rick Gray is a Business Coach who helps Realtors all over the world dramatically increase their sales without experiencing the overwhelm experienced by so many. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his coaching clients. He has worked personally with international trainers/coaches/authors Jim Rohn and Brian Tracy as their National Sales Director. He has also conducted over 1,900 training consultations for companies such as IBM, Xerox, Sprint, Hewlett Packard and many others. Originally licensed in 1994, Rick was a traditional Real Estate agent for six years before teaming up with his wife and growing a team. He then held the title of CEO at the Keller Williams brokerage in Portland, Oregon, and doubled the size of the office in his first year, as well as multiplied profitability by 10 times. He was also Vice President of the #1 Real Estate Office in the World from 2012-2014, working alongside Carla Thompson to build a powerhouse company that closed over $1 billion in sales with 425 agents. He has been the Managing Partner and an instrumental force in building two powerhouse real estate teams in two different markets. Sales for those two teams exceeded $130 million in volume in 2015.
