Thursday Objective:  Applying Specific Strategies for each Priority

Now that you have identified your Top 3 priorities for the Year, it’s time to implement 5 strategies per priority that will help you reach your goal.

 

Example Priority: Maximize your efforts on Social Media.

What are 5 strategies for this priority that you can implement:

1. Post once a day to stay top of mind
2. Commit to one Facebook live property preview each week
3. Facebook message 3 friends each day
4. Prepare a market update on Facebook
5. Add 10 new contacts per week to social media sites

 

Example Priority: Lead generate everyday.

What are 5 strategies for this priority that you can implement:

1. Time block every day from 10 -12.
2. Set 6 listing appointments per month with goal of 3 new listings etc.
3. Practice scripts for X number of minutes each week.
4. Attend training as often as possible.
5. Join an accountability Group.

 

Action Items:

• Go through this exercise for each of the 3 Priorities (Key Focus Areas) you have set! Write it down on your business plan.
