Prepare for working with buyers by understanding the buyer process and how to set up buyers for success in their purchase. Class will cover: pre-qualification, setting expectations, scheduling and completing showings, the offer process and negotiations, the paperwork process and commission payments. After this class you will feel confident to move forward with a buyer client and know where to find additional support when needed.
