Prepare for working with buyers by understanding the buyer process and how to set up buyers for success in their purchase. Class will cover: pre-qualification, setting expectations, scheduling and completing showings, the offer process and negotiations, the paperwork process and commission payments. After this class you will feel confident to move forward with a buyer client and know where to find additional support when needed.

TAMI SIMS

Tami has been a licensed real estate agent serving the Treasure Valley since 2013. She was raised in Fruitland and chooses to live in the Treasure Valley because of her love of the people and the lifestyle. She is passionate about her involvement in the REALTOR® community through RRC, WCR, local association involvement, and teaching classes at Silvercreek and other locations.
