In a market where new subdivisions are being developed each year, understanding the new construction process (and how it differs from retail residential) is of utmost importance. Every builder has their own nuances, contracts, and requirements and that greatly impact your buyer. This class will highlight the different types of new construction, variations in contracts, important considerations to be aware of through the process, and how to build a positive relationship with the builder while representing the best interests of your buyer client.

I’m Nick. I have a beautiful wife named Alyssa, and together we have an adorable baby girl and two cute pups. Here is a little bit about me!

My favorite thing in the world is spending time with my family. If I’m not doing that, I’m either looking at homes, thinking about homes, chatting with our lovely office staff about current events, or working on random projects around the house that never seem to end.

As a Bay Area native, I’ve had the privilege of calling the beautiful city of Boise home for the past 10 years. The vibrant and welcoming community has truly captured my heart. One of the things that I cherish most about Idaho is the genuine friendliness of its people. It never ceases to amaze me how much care and support Idahoans show for one another, creating a strong sense of community that is truly special.
