In a market where new subdivisions are being developed each year, understanding the new construction process (and how it differs from retail residential) is of utmost importance. Every builder has their own nuances, contracts, and requirements and that greatly impact your buyer. This class will highlight the different types of new construction, variations in contracts, important considerations to be aware of through the process, and how to build a positive relationship with the builder while representing the best interests of your buyer client.
