This class will introduce you to a variety of ways in which you can make connections, build relationships, and convert prospects into qualified leads and clients. A successful real estate business is built on the prospecting habits and strategies you employ consistently. You will leave this class with ideas for next steps in creating your own plan.
Mark Prince joined the Mike Brown Group in 2022 as a REALTOR® and as the team’s Director of Agent Recruiting. As a former title and escrow Business Strategist and Closer with over 17 years experience at an Idaho Title company, he has worked with hundreds of agents and lenders to build their businesses and successfully close on their client’s homes in the Treasure Valley.
By joining the Mike Brown Group, his vision is to help more agents successfully build their businesses by finding the right agency to support their goals and serve more families in the Treasure Valley. His caring, energetic and helpful attitude combined with his years of sales and real estate knowledge help agents to have an ally as they build the business they love.
As an agent, his passion for real estate and knowledge of title and escrow gives him a unique perspective while assisting buyers and sellers. Combining his knowledge of sales expertise, construction knowledge, and love of the area allows his clients to receive expert advice and a compassionate guide as they reach their goals.
Mark has lived in the Treasure Valley for over 32 years and enjoys spending weekends taking advantage of all the outdoor activities with his wife. An avid soccer player, he has coached soccer for over 20 years and organizes a Men’s Soccer team. When he has free time, Mark enjoys camping, a competitive game of cornhole, meeting new people, and cooking and bartending for friends and family.
