Does it Pencil is a skill based master level training event that will teach you how to analyze any real estate held as an investment.
Does it Pencil is not a “commercial” real estate course, it’s “investment.  The tools and skills in Does it Pencil work on any real estate from a rental houses to apartments to commercial properties.

Does it Pencil will teach you two things:  how to make more money selling investment properties and how to invest for yourself.  The course time frames are:
