SHANNA TUCKER | BENCHMARK MORTGAGE

Real estate and mortgage trainer, Shanna Tucker, brings classes and workshops to industry professionals to super charge their careers by amplifying both their competence and confidence. She believes professional success should be coupled with making a life changing impact on clients and community. She is obsessed with bringing heart, motivation, and real-life business-building tools to each of her classes.

With over 20 years of mortgage lending experience, Shanna has managed Benchmark Mortgage in Boise since 2010 where she practices what she teaches. She has been working with her husband and business partner, Dean, since 2002 and is proud to have successfully closed over 100 million dollars in mortgages for her clients. Shanna’s team specializes in the VA Home Loan and working with the Military. Their advocacy for Veterans has been recognized and honored by Veteran organizations including Major General Garshak at Gowen Field Air National Guard Base in Boise, Idaho.

Over the course of her career, she has served in leadership roles for many mortgage and real estate associations. She is consistently honored as an industry top producer and has received awards from the Better Business Bureau, the Idaho Business Review, Boise Regional Realtors,
and the Women’s Council of Realtors.

When not speaking or leading her team, Shanna and her husband can be found dabbling in real estate investment, vacationing in the Pacific Northwest, or hosting dinners in their historic Boise home. Despite all her accomplishments, “mom” is, and always will be, her favorite title.
