A CMA is a comparative market analysis which helps agents offer pricing recommendations for listings. Regardless of the platform used to create a CMA, principles of CMAs remain the same. This class will review the basics of CMAs, how to identify comparable properties, common adjustments, and how to present the CMA to your client. Reference the class title for the CMA program that will be utilized in this class.
