A CMA is a comparative market analysis which helps agents offer pricing recommendations for listings. Regardless of the platform used to create a CMA, principles of CMAs remain the same. This class will review the basics of CMAs, how to identify comparable properties, common adjustments, and how to present the CMA to your client.
