A hands-on workshop to develop a business plan specific to real estate agents. Concepts covered include mission/vision/values, executive summary, SWOT, target market, smart goals, financial planning, technology/tools, professional team, marketing, creating an action plan, daily habits, and tracking. Agents will walk away with a strong understanding of the business plan and a solid framework for their own business.

Kristin Cole is the Chief Executive Officer of Silvercreek Realty Group, an Idaho-founded, family-owned real estate brokerage serving real estate professionals across the Northwest. As CEO, Kristin is focused on leading Silvercreek into its next chapter of growth and evolution. Her vision is to strengthen the company’s foundation, elevate the agent experience, invest in leadership and professional development, and build a brand that reflects the quality of the people and services behind it. She believes a brokerage should do more than provide a place to hang a license; it should create an environment where people feel supported, valued, challenged, and empowered to reach their potential.

Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, exploring Idaho’s outdoors, and making the most of time with family.
