Prospecting is the first step of the sales process where you identify potential customers and clients. This class will introduce you to a variety of ways in which you can make connections, build relationships, and convert prospects into qualified leads and clients. A successful real estate business is built on the prospecting habits and strategies you employ consistently. You will leave this class with ideas for next steps in creating your own plan.
MEGANN DOPP
Megann works as the New Agent Coordinator, helping introduce new agents to all that Silvercreek has to offer, and getting them started at our brokerage. She assists Amy McKinnon in guiding our new agents through their first 3 contracts in Idaho. She also coaches new agents, and help them with their business development and growth. She loves helping people on their new career path!
Her goal is to help every agent have a smooth transition into the real estate industry, and to support them so they feel that they aren’t lost as they are navigating the new path they’ve chosen. She wants them to feel confident that they have help every step of the way with their first 3 transactions in Idaho.
Megann started her real estate journey in Idaho in 2020 and was recognized as Rookie of the Year with the Nampa Association of REALTORS her first year in the business. She knows the tried and true ways to be successful in our industry and loves helping our agents put them into practice!
