This required course for new Idaho real estate licensees provides a strong foundation for building a successful real estate career. Participants will explore essential industry practices, state laws, and professional standards that guide everyday transactions. Topics include brokerage relationships, contracts, agency duties, ethics, risk management, negotiation, and communication strategies. The course also reviews Idaho Real Estate Commission rules and the responsibilities of licensees in protecting clients, the public, and themselves from liability.

By the end of the class, students will have a solid understanding of real-world best practices and compliance expectations, equipping them to serve clients confidently and uphold the standards of professionalism in Idaho real estate.
