THIS IS A ZOOM CLASS. You must have a desktop or laptop style computer and access to an internet connection to participate in this class. Instructions will be emailed to you by Fidelity National Title 1-2 days prior to the start of class.
This class offers answers to the top questions that agents have for lenders. This includes but is not limited to: repairs that need to be fixed on an appraisal, escrow holdbacks, purchases with acreage, single homes with multiple units, guidelines for flipped homes, unpermitted square footage, properties in a flood plain, rehab loans and more. We’ll answer all of the top questions that we as lenders hear from agents.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife, two beautiful kids, and Linda, the family Frenchie. On any given Saturday, you might bump into us hiking or biking in the Boise Foothills, strolling through the Farmers Market, or entertaining friends and family on our front porch. I recently ran my first 10k race and did well. I am happy to report this was the first time I’ve run that distance without stopping to walk, and I’m open to entering in future events!
