WEDNESDAY’S OBJECTIVE:  The “YOUR ACCOUNT” Tab

Your Account is a very important tab for many money related reasons. What will you find under the YOUR ACCOUNT tab? (if you don’t feel like reading, there’s a video overview linked below!):

  1. PROFIT SHARING: 
    • Did you know you can earn $100 every time a different agent at Silvercreek closes a full fee transaction? If you helped bring them to Silvercreek, that money can be yours!
    • The Profit-Sharing page outlines the full policy and through it you can connect recruiting with an agent you’ve spoken with about making the switch and connect yourself to someone who is/has recently joined.

  2. SUPPORT: 
    • Contact: Your query will be sent to Silvercreek staff, who will help answer your question.
    • Update Contact Information: It is important that you let us know of address, phone, or other contact info changes, so we can keep your profile up to date in all our systems.
    • Agent Webpage Creation: Our website ranks high on SEO! By creating a page for the Silvercreek website, you can easily boost your web presence – plus you can connect the page to your own personal website or to your active listings.
    • Remote Support: If you need Tech Support, our team is here for you. If you are unable to meet in person, the tech team will happily help you remotely using team viewer – a website that, with your permission, allows them to access your computer and see what you see during the time they’re helping you.
  3. CREATE SILVERCREEK WEBPAGE: A quicker way to access the Agent Webpage Creation that is outlined above… “Our website ranks high on SEO! By creating a page for the Silvercreek website, you can easily boost your web presence – plus you can connect the page to your own personal website or to your active listings.”
  4. 1099/YTD: Is it tax season? Want to know your income and Silvercreek-billed expenses? This is where you go!
  5. UPDATE CONTACT INFO: Once again, a quicker way to access the contact information update page. ” It is important that you let us know of address, phone, or other contact info changes, so we can keep your profile up to date in all our systems.

  6. SET UP AUTO-PAY: To pay your monthly office bill via credit card, set yourself up in our secure online autopay system.
  7. UPDATE AUTO-PAY: Need to change your credit card info? Do so here!
  8. SILVERCREEK SUGGESTION BOX: We love to hear about what you want to see at Silvercreek! Class suggestions, resources you’d like us to offer, a way to make a process easier, things that can make your working with Silvercreek better. We are always looking to be the best we can for our agents!
