Note: You will still need to login to scoffice.net and view comments that require your attention. Silvercreek Document Support is only responsible for uploading your documents and creating the file that it goes in.

*Explanation: If your buyers put offers on 5 different homes, Silvercreek still needs 5 different transactions created with documents. You only have to pay for those buyers once per closing.
*1 buyer buying multiple Homes, Condos, Apartments, Units, or Lots will be priced differently.

You will be billed twice a month via Debit/Credit card. The 1st through the 15th, and the 16th through the end of the month.
