She didn’t arrive in Boise on a stagecoach…but 18 years of successfully working in
the real estate industry has led her down the “coaching” trail. Kori is passionate
about guiding individuals as well as leadership groups to their highest level of
efficacy. Kori is a wife, a mother and now, her favorite roll of all… a grandmother!
A true entrepreneur at heart, Kori Merlino has worked with various organizations in
leadership roles, including her long-term involvement with the Women’s Council of
Realtors. She was elected as the Capital City Chapter President and then went on to
be the Idaho State President. She has also worked at the national level of WCR on
the leadership committee where she developed and implemented a brochure titled
Pathways to Leadership. She was a recipient of the Tribute to Women in Industry
Award 2011. Kori graduated from Washington State University with a BA in
Education and has earned additional teaching credentials. She furthered her life
education, taking a year off after college and backpacking throughout Australia and
Southeast Asia.

Kori brings her years of experience, her teacher’s heart and her passion for
leadership together in her current career as a certified life and leadership coach.
Kori is also a master practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index Assessment and
has further coaching credentials in Leadership and Health & Wellness that she
received from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
Kori recently was invited to appear on Business Talk Radio (a National syndication). She
was asked to discuss her position as a life and leadership coach during the show’s spotlight
on Mental Health Awareness Month (May, 2020).
