Our moderated panel will include three veteran appraisers, Eric Thronfeldt, Dillon Roberts, Jon Nishikawa, and Christopher Holm with Advanced AMC. The discussion will be focused on the lender and appraiser relationship, effects of COVID, market values, inventory, and the future of the appraisal industry.
Eric Thornfeldt – Eric Thornfeldt is the founder and President of Thornfeldt Appraisal Services, Inc. and has appraised real estate in Southwest Idaho since 1990. Eric grew up in the Treasure Valley and is a graduate of the University of Montana. Prior to appraising, Eric was a Vice President and Manager of the Loan Workout Department for Pima Savings and Loan in Tucson , AZ. Eric is a frequent speaker at industry functions, an advisor to the Real Estate Board of Neighborworks Boise and guest instructor for real estate continuing education classes. He is an Idaho Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and is FHA approved.
Dillon Roberts & Jon Nishikawa – Owners, 24 Hour Appraisal Company, LLC – Both are graduates of the University of Idaho and have been licensed appraisers for 15+ years’ operating primarily out of the Treasure Valley.
Christopher Holm – Advanced AMC
Chris received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland and settled into his role as President of Advanced AMC in 2014 at the time hiscompany was founded. Advanced AMC is based out of Coeur d’Alene, ID and works directly with mortgage lender’s across the Pacific Northwest.
