Elective 20 hour class for broker license. Introduction to the appraisal process and the different approaches and techniques used to determine the value of various types of property, with an emphasis on residential brokerage practice.

Refunds: Tuition refunds, less a $50 cancellation fee, will be given providing written notification is received no later than 2 business days prior to start of course.
Lack of attendance will not constitute official course withdrawal and no refund will be made.
There will be no refunds for course materials that have been shipped.
