With over 35 years of experience in the real estate and business industries, I am a seasoned and highly successful leadership professional who drives business development and growth for major organizations. As the CEO of Icenhower Coaching & Consulting, I lead a progressive company that provides customized coaching and training programs to many of the highest producing real estate agents, teams, and brokerage owners in North America.

My core competencies include building and leading high-performing teams, developing strategic plans, initiating process improvements, spearheading critical projects, and delivering extensive sales and leadership training. I also have a strong background in real estate investment, property rehab, and trading, which gives me a unique insight into the market and the needs of my clients.
