KEVIN CARROLL – WHITE PINE SOLAR
Kevin was a realtor in the Treasure Valley for 15 yrs. In that time he sold over 1000 homes with his partner, Vince Grillo. He carved out his niche in Bank Owned properties, worked with investors, analyzed rental properties, and many more things. He owns a rental portfolio of 21 rentals (5 in Idaho and 17 in Indiana, 8 of which are short term rentals (airbnb).
In January he retired his real estate license and started White Pine Solar, a local solar installation company. He is passionate about educating Idaho Homeowners about Solar Energy and helping people in Idaho create energy independence, while also saving money and helping the planet all at the same time.
