Agents will explore practical communication standards, emotional regulation, and conflict management strategies, along with the importance of preparation, accuracy, and ethical conduct. Through real-world examples and interactive activities, participants will learn how to respond professionally in challenging situations while protecting clients and their business.  

KRISTIN COLE

Kristin is an Idaho native and has lived in Boise since 1995. She joined the Silvercreek family as one of the original Agents when Silvercreek started in 2008. In 2009 she took on the role of front desk Admin, fulfilled her Broker education, and served as assistant to several Silvercreek Agents. Kristin continued with Silvercreek as she and her husband launched an event company (Sound Wave Events) and continued both until 2012. After running Sound Wave successfully for the next 8 years, she passed the reins to her event team and returned to her roots at Silvercreek as the Operations Manager & Agent Director.

Kristin is married to Adam Cole and has 2 boys, Channer and Dax. They love spending time riding bikes on the Greenbelt, kayaking, and spending time with friends and family. Kristin has a BS in Social Science from Boise State University, a Master’s in Management and Leadership, and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, and was recognized as Boise Young Professionals Entrepreneur of the Year (2016), She is passionate about inspiring others to their potential and being a resource for personal and professional growth.
