This course goes over the specifics of mortgage insurance, the options consumers have, and comparisons between FHA and Conventional mortgage insurance. There have been many changes in the Mortgage Insurance industry over the past few years, learn about all the updates & changes that impact many borrowers who need Mortgage Insurance. There are many options available for buyers for conventional mortgage insurance and these options are not well known or understood. FHA mortgage insurance only has one option.

In the past 32 years, I have worked in the Wholesale, Mortgage Insurance and Retail arms of the mortgage industry. I am passionate about this industry and have held positions such as Branch Manager, Area Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Corporate Trainer. Currently, I am the Branch Sales Manager for Premier Mortgage in Meridian, ID. I am certified to teach CE classes, both Face to Face and Remote, to Real Estate Agents in Idaho, Montana, Florida and Nevada.
I also serve as the President of the Idaho Mortgage Lenders Association which has been a rewarding experience.
I moved to Boise in June of 1992 and met my wife Shellie. We have 3 children and love everything the Treasure Valley has to offer our family especially golf, the greenbelt, and all our wonderful friends we have met along the way.
