We are so excited to get our first deal under contract that we sometimes don’t think much about the things that must happen from contract to closing. This class will help you understand timeframes, communication, contingencies, and turbulence that may impact your transaction – and the experience of your client during their purchase or sale. While not required, it is helpful to have a basic understanding of the RE-21 for this class.
Her knowledge of real estate began back in the late 1980’s in the Bay Area of Northern California where she worked for a small real estate firm in Danville, California. She transitioned to the escrow and title business in the Oakland Hills and subsequently in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Los Altos and Cupertino.
Chris became a Senior Escrow Officer with North American Title back in 1996 and returned to Idaho in 2000 to be closer to family. Her extensive knowledge of the title and escrow industry transitioned to working with several title companies from 2001 to 2007 where she took a break from the industry.
