Atomic Habits are all about making small, incremental changes that add up to big results over time.  If you want better results, don’t just set goals.  Focus on your system instead.  The most effective way to change your habits is to focus not on what you want to achieve, but on who you wish to become.  In this class you will learn the Four Laws of behavior change and how environment shapes our behavior.
Outcomes are about what you get.  Processes are about what you do.  Identity is about what you believe. The ultimate is when a good habit becomes part of your identity.
