The Real Deal in Real Estate Investments. The biggest problem in real estate investing isn’t finding properties, it’s knowing what they’re really worth. The Crash Course will teach you five specific skills you can use immediately to know the difference between a deal and a dud. And the tools and skills work whether your property is a rental house, a duplex, apartments, commercial, or vacant land. If you’re working with investors or want to invest, The Crash Course will teach you what you need to know and how to do it.

Not Math… Metrics. The Crash Course isn’t a “math” course, it’s a workshop that teaches how to apply the metrics of real estate analysis to determine the real value of real estate investments.

Topics include Time Value of Money, the APOD, Benchmarks, beginning and advanced Cap rate. And you’ll see each of the metrics being applied to properties in your local market.

How it Works. The Crash Course is taught with HP10BII financial calculators (or app – student provides). Before the live event there are three videos to how you the basic functions of the calculator. At the live training you’ll learn how to use, apply and discuss the metrics to any property. After the course you’ll receive access to videos and solutions to build your mastery.
