ANGIE WATSON

I began my career in Real Estate in 1999 when I began working as an asset manager securing REO properties for a large national bank. I quickly realized I had a passion for the industry and accepted a position to be the escrow assistant to the owner of a local title company. In 2001 I obtained my Escrow license and since then I have dedicated myself to becoming an expert in the field.

In 2019 I took a position working in the 1031 Exchange Industry and strive to assist investors maximize their buying power and grow their wealth by way of the Like-Kind Exchange. The most important aspect in my work however, is building and maintaining strong relationships. I care deeply about my clients, affiliates and the community so whatever I can do to assist in their respective growth is gratifying to me.
