Accounting Update 4/17/2023
Hello Silvercreek Agents,
A planned upgrade to our accounting system is live starting Monday 4/17/2023. A majority of the upgrade should go unnoticed; However, the new system has allowed us to integrate relevant accounting information into SCOffice.net (Our Document Portal) and introduce a pay portal for viewing and paying your monthly invoices.
SCOffice.net Changes
You will now be able to gather and see the following information from SCOffice.net
Back Office Reports and Links:
- 1099s
- Income/Expense Report
- Pay & Review Invoices
- Agreements & Addendums
In-Header Accounting Information:
- Outstanding balance
- Anniversary date
- Current transaction number for the year
- Transaction fees paid for the year
New Pay Portal
We have a new pay portal for viewing and paying your monthly office invoices. This system supports all major cards and ACH transactions.
The following actions will be available to you:
- Setup Autopay
- Make one-time payments
- Make prepayments
- View current & past invoices
Our system will be sending out welcome emails for our new pay portal over the next few days. Look for an email from Accounting@silvercreekrealty.net. If you have any questions or have not received your welcome email please reach out via email. Contact: Support@silvercreekrealty.com
