Accounting Update 4/17/2023

Hello Silvercreek Agents,

A planned upgrade to our accounting system is live starting Monday 4/17/2023. A majority of the upgrade should go unnoticed; However, the new system has allowed us to integrate relevant accounting information into (Our Document Portal) and introduce a pay portal for viewing and paying your monthly invoices. Changes

You will now be able to gather and see the following information from

Back Office Reports and Links:

  • 1099s
  • Income/Expense Report
  • Pay & Review Invoices
  • Agreements & Addendums

In-Header Accounting Information:

  • Outstanding balance
  • Anniversary date
  • Current transaction number for the year
  • Transaction fees paid for the year

New Pay Portal

We have a new pay portal for viewing and paying your monthly office invoices. This system supports all major cards and ACH transactions. 

The following actions will be available to you:

  • Setup Autopay
  • Make one-time payments
  • Make prepayments
  • View current & past invoices
