Course Description: A required course developed by the IDOPL Real Estate Commission to update licensees on legislative, legal and hot topics from the year. This course changes annually and the new version is released every July 1.

Zoom Etiquette – IREC Rules Apply:
Zoom classes are treated like in-person classrooms, so please follow these guidelines:

  • No phones (please use a computer or tablet)
  • No driving or riding in a vehicle during class
  • No coffee shops or public places
  • No one else in the room with you or sharing your screen – one person per device!
  • No fake backgrounds – blurred is okay
  • You must have a working camera and microphone

Be Ready:

  • Log in 15 minutes early
  • Have your IREC license number handy — the moderator will ask for it to ensure you’re recorded properly
  • Your handout is linked above, so feel free to print or open it on your screen.
