This is a 2-hour CE course that will cover how to help clients maximize their opportunities by using a reverse mortgage to purchase their next home. We’ll go over requirements, benefits, costs, distribution options, contract writing, as well as tax benefits to dive deeper into how reverse mortgages for purchase work and the costs associated with them. We’ll also explore several client scenario case studies and specific strategies for when this option could be beneficial for clients.
