Step 28 – Order Yard Signs – Silvercreek Toolbox

Time to get ready for your first listing as a Silvercreek agent and order yard signs. Here are the options that are available to you:

EXISTING SIGNS: Utilize your current signs and have your local sign company print a decal with the Silvercreek logo to cover your former brokerage’s logo.
SILVERCREEK SIGN PANELS: We have generic sign panels at the local office for $30. You will then purchase a rider with your name and phone number from a local sign company.
CUSTOM SIGN: You can create a custom sign panel through our custom request panel on the Silvercreek Toolbox –> Marketing Tools –> Custom Requests. There is no cost for the design service, though you will pay the cost of production from a local sign company once the design is complete.
PERSONALIZED TEMPLATE: We have a generic template you can customize yourself in Canva: option 1 and option 2. Once downloaded, send to your local sign company for production.
