Ordering Your Yard Signs

Ready for your first Silvercreek listing? We offer four flexible ways to get your signage ready for the curb.

1. Update Your Existing Signs (Most Affordable)

If you have high-quality sign panels from a previous brokerage, you don’t need to throw them away. Contact your local sign shop to print a Silvercreek logo decal to professionally cover your former brokerage’s branding.

2. Purchase Ready-to-Go Panels

We keep generic Silvercreek sign panels in stock at the local office for $30.

  • Next Step: Purchase a custom “rider” with your name and phone number from any local sign company to hang with the panel.

3. Silvercreek Branded Canva Pro Templates (DIY)

If you want to handle the layout yourself, use our Silvercreek Branded Canva Pro templates. Simply add your details, download the file, and send it to your preferred printer.

4. Fully Custom Designs

For a unique look tailored to your personal brand, utilize our in-house design team at no extra cost.

  • How to order: Select the Custom Graphic Design Request button on the right or Visit the Silvercreek Toolbox → Marketing Tools → Custom Requests.  Select the Print Design category and then select Yard Sign.  Please include the sign dimensions and all information to be included in the design.

  • Note: Design services are free; you will be responsible for the production costs at your local sign shop once the design is finalized.

5. Order Online – Bear Printing

  • Use our pre-approved Silvercreek template via Bear Printing. Simply add your contact details and order directly online.
